I lived in NYC after college until my 35th year. I found the start of my artistic direction in NYC in the emerging representational art movement of the ’60’s and early ’70’s and met many artists I formed life-long connections to. With marriage and a young child I moved to Northern Vermont where I live today. I had more time to work and experiment than if I had remained in NYC. Vermont also allowed me to have a kiln. I have kept up my connection to NYC over the years.
